The idea can from Ann's Happy Stamper UTube. In her video, she had an inch in the top and bottom of the card. Here is an Emerald Envy card like that before punching the "feet".
After adding the Feet I found it was not very stable.

So I changed the score line to 1/2 inch and 1 1/2 inches for a more stable footing. In the directions you can see that I used the Avant Garden and Delicate Details stamp sets from Sale-A-Bration (SAB).
