The idea can from Ann's Happy Stamper UTube. In her video, she had an inch in the top and bottom of the card. Here is an Emerald Envy card like that before punching the "feet".
After adding the Feet I found it was not very stable.

So I changed the score line to 1/2 inch and 1 1/2 inches for a more stable footing. In the directions you can see that I used the Avant Garden and Delicate Details stamp sets from Sale-A-Bration (SAB).

BASE: 6.5 x 11; SCORE long side 2.75, 5.5, 8.25; 1.5, 9.5 short side 1.5 and 6.0
Punch DECOATIVE LABEL PUNCH in the center of each of the 4 panels (half way up the punch) on 1.5” border.
PANELS (Whisper White) 2 each of 4 ¼ X 2 ½, 4 ¼ X 1+1/8, 4 ¼ X 1+3/8 (I cut Whisper White in half 4 ¼ x 11; then cut 5” (cut it in half – 2.5 each), 2.25” (cut it in half – 1+1/8 each), then cut 2.75 (cut in half – 1+3/8 each), leaving a 4.25 X 1 scrap)
CUT BASE between the 1.5 and 9.5 score marks
DECORATE EACH PANNELS: Delicate Details (SAB stamp set- outside two panels) Avant Garden (SAB stamp set) inner panels
INK: Perfect plum, Old Olive, So Saffron, Basic Black; (also used Emerald Envy, Sahara Sand, Basic Black)
OTHER SUPPLIES: Wink-of-Stella, Adhesive, Score and cutting blade
FOLDING: Center screens: mountain, valley, mountain, valley, mountain
Borders: valley, mountain, valley, mountain, valley
PAPER NEEDED: 1 Base at 6 ½ X 11; Half sheet Neutral (4 ¼ x 10 inches)STAMP SETS USED: Delicate Details, Avant Garden (both 2017 SAB stamp sets)
